New to the blogroll:
Fresh Bilge, by the seablogger, Alan Sullivan. This guy has a boat, and he sails around and writes about stuff. How cool is that? Certainly cool enough to overlook our disagreements on Liberia. Where are else you going to find someone who can write fondly of the Aubrey/Maturin books, but also know enough to pin O’Brian on his “meterological inconsistencies”?
God of the Machine, by Aaron Haspel. I’ve only started reading him recently, but every single entry so far has been a gem. Someday, if I’m lucky, my blog will be this cool.
A quick glance reveals that the blogroll is woefully short on female bloggers. Recommendations are welcome.

Got Game. It had a promising start, but there’s been no new material since May 30. Waste of browsetime.
New to Geek Cred:
Tales of Two Cities, the web site for one of the roleplaying games I’m currently involved in. It’s been a long time since I’ve gamed in the superhero genre, and so far it’s a blast. The site is Jim’s, and he deserves special credit for demonstrating Movable Type’s usefulness for static sites as well as blogs. Make sure to check out my stabs at illustration before Bill, the real artist of our group, replaces them with proper portraits.
